bolts,nuts etc
lets all chip in and make a sticky thread off as many of the nuts,bolt sizes etc on these bikes so we always got a quick reference to jump too

WHEELS ETC
sdg sprocket fitment - m8 20mm long x4
top yoke nut m20 1.25 pitch?
sdg disc bolts- m8 with 10mm soulder x4


ENGINE BOLTS
cyclinder head nut- m7 fitment with 10mm head x4
clutch pressure plate bolts (yx) m6 x4
oil pump bolts (yx) 1xm6 33mm and 2x m6 40mm
sump plug m12 1.50 pitch
Top engine bolt is m8x130
z155 head nuts m8 x4
Z155 exhaust studs are M8 x2

YX160 bearing & seal sizes - 2nd gen
Crank bearings - 22id x 56od x 15w
Gearbox bearings - 17id x 42od x 12w
- Will get the other bearing size when i get it out the case

Gear shaft seal - 11.6id x 24od x 10w
Kickstart seal -16id x 28od x 7w
Sprocket seal - 17id x 29od x 5w


HOSES
carb hose/fuel sizes,
vm26 overflows 5mm
molkt overflows?
pe28 overflows?
fuel hose from tank to carb 5-6mm id

CARBS-
Keihin PWK 28
fuel hose is 6mm dia
overflow is 4mm dia

To suit 201
Needle - JFJ
Jets - 105 Main & 38 Pilot

If this works out your my hero my bikes in my mates and can't get too it too measure these bolts come on guys

z155 head nuts & exhaust studs are M8.

ignition cover bolts are M6 unsure of length.
