A novice asking for help obviously never done it before could do it in an hour
wow he's a better man than me !!!.
If it was my first time I would take my time take lots of photos and make sure all the nuts and bolts were tightened up tight, With either spring washers or locktite on them,


I think theres only 7 or 8 bolts to take of mate, If you can get some support under the frame rather than the engine it will make it easier.
But don't forget some of te ancillary stuff wont fit. So may not be as straight forward as you think.

theres many variables to consider, how long does you kettle take to boil? how long do you leave the tea bag in? how many do you have whilst working on a bike? the list goes on. for me it could easily add 15mins to a 45min engine swap
