Quick question on making pits road legal
Alright guys, I've got a stomp 125 which I'm not the original owner of but....
If I buy a brand new frame from a reputable dealer will it come with a new frame number.
I have also purchased a brand new engine from wpb and have all the other parts necessary to build it.
So if the frame came with a frame number and the engine had a vin could I not then apply for it to made road legal ?
Has anyone done this before or does it have to registered as a bike with a model number from the dealer?
