Help! Registering New Road Legal Pitbike

please help, i bought i road legal pitbike and it still needs registering and i think i have the appropriate paperwork, but im not sure :S

i have the "commercial importation of a motor vehicle from outside the european community by a VAT registered trader", also i have the "decleration of vehicle newness (V267)" and the EC certificate of conformity.

is this all i need to send to the DVLA with the first registeration fee?
and how do i go about registering it?
