My Tip:
For your own saftey always check bolts and nuts etc every few hours.

how regularly my demon x xlr 160 say every 300 km that cant be right can it ??

Most people decide to do it every other ride, depending on how hard you ride, others do it around 3 times a year... All depends on your riding etc.

i normally ride for about 2 to 3 hours every day maybe every other day
