Im looking to get a few more things on my CV at the moment so thought I could offer you lot mini moto repairs profit free.
Basically send me your f*cked engines and I will repair it only for the cost of new parts and return postage. I know a fair bit about these as before pit bikes I was riding/racing these for 2/3 years.
Im guessing most of you will have cheap chinese, air cooled 'CAG's' but I have also done work on italian air cooled engines and the B1 rep engines. So can do full engine rebuilds etc. I also dont just chuck the engine back together, I take care to make sure I do not miss anything and fully set up the engine if needed(E.G squish clearance, carb jetting, coil gap etc).
Quick list of few jobs done before(off the top of my head):
B1 Replica, full topend rebuild, new crank, waterpump, waterpump belt too
B1 Replica big bore kit fitted and 15mm carb fitted and jetted.
Aircooled chinese engines. Full engine rebuild numerous times.
Polini 4.2 air cooled engine. Full engine rebuild and carb jetted.
Polini 6.2 air cooled engine. Full topend rebuild.
I know the above is not that much but all of the engines ran sweet as a nut when I had finished with them.
