Swansea practice venue for kids

I live in Ammanford and have a 45 acre small holding. My 10 year old has a 140 in a CRF 70 frame. I have made a practice track with the minidigger and would not mind if a few kids of his age came a practiced with him once a month.
I used to race enduros on my KTM EXC 300 and really appreciated a practice area.
Anyone interested ? I would not want the responsibility and insurance liabilities of a organised meet. I am a doctor and could look after any minor spills. This would be for kids aged between 9 to 12
