stomp 140 fell over now wont start

hi just new to this forum looking for some advise from supperior beings
my young daughter stalled her stomo 140 pitbike on some uneven ground and the bike fell to the left hand side
by the time i got to the bike it had been lying on its side for about 30 seconds
after lifting it it just wouldnt startwith the kickstart
walked it home
got home and found the sponge air filter was soaked with petrol and felt oily
any ideas or fixes would much appreciated

The engine filled with petrol turn the petrol off and keep kicking it
