Oops
It looks like I've cracked the cam sprocket cover on my son's Stomp 125. I must have overtightened it. I don't seem to have any sort of sleeve or spacer for the bolt to pass through, which would give something for the cover to tighten against securely - should there be one? I've seen an exploded diagram for a thumpstar (would that be similar?) which seems to show a cylindrical sleeve at this point. I could replace the cover or I might try and seal the crack with Araldite, but if I'm missing an essential sleeve then the same thing might happen again. Any ideas?
