Pitbike won’t start

I have a Lifan 125cc 1p54fmi that won’t start after the chained snapped off. After my chain snapped I replaced it but then the pitbike suddenly wouldn’t start. So I rebuild the top end(now has 170psi), changed gaskets, the valves don’t leak. And I’ve cleaned the carb, checked ignition coil, the inner rotor seems good, it has spark. I have tried everything and it won’t start.
