Will sort the front sprocket before the weekend as I wanna go for a 100 mile trip. Not sure were yet. This is the current state of the rolling project. Still need Ape Hanger bars or cruiser style handlebars. Phat rear tyre and exhaust welding. Also need to make proper mounts for the indicators and get a nice rear light.

Sorting out a proper Reg plate mount tomorow so the L plate wont touch the rear tyre.

Exhaust welded up and sounds much better. Need to fit the 3.00 17" rear tyre I've got. The current rear is a skinny 2.50 17". Got some Harley D handlebars but they are the 1" diameter so the current throttle wont fit. I can grind down the light switches to fit the bars but cant modify the throttle to fit.

I want the rear to be lower but my springs wont allow it. Is there a way of modifying the springs to be shorter or am i best searching for smaller shocks?

Without tyre levers I was dreading this but I managed to change my rear tyre for widr 3.00 tyre using just spanners and a little cooking oil. The original was a 2.50 wide tyre.
The new is taller and wider. Still need a 1" diameter throttle to fit over the thick harley Davidson handlebars I got off ebay.

Need to make a better reg mount too. Plus it isn't looking as minimal as I want it to be so am going to move the horn into the c90 black side panels. Am thinking of removing the sspeedo and mounts to clean up the front end a little more.
Help advice much appreciated.

to be honest bud its all looking a bit bodgy and scruffy i think fitting things like harly bars aint doing it any favours.
if it was me id strip it, paint it, run all cables and tubing through the frame and get the engine blasted then it will be nice and clean and minimal.

I agree with phil.

Do you have a dremel? Id get a polishing set an chrome up the engine
An fit the old forks an light etc. An either put the mags pn or the standards insted of one of each.

Have you thought of the reg on the side by the shock ? Will neaten the rear up abit then get a mini l.e.d brake light an mini indicators.

An a seat similar to the one on it but going along the whole bit so its not as scruffy
