That's probably the idle screw. You need to clean the car properly . Take the jets out and also make sure the emulsion tube is clear and also the bypass air inlet that goes in from the air filter side is clear. My bike was the same when I had it and once I reset the valve clearance and sorted the carb properly it run like a dream
