Question Headstock assembly?

Think that's what it's called lol. this is where my bike knowledge ends!

Anyway, where the forks join to the frame there seems to be alot of movement. as though somethings missing or badly broken? at a guess it feels as though the top bearing is missing but i hardly know anything about putting these together so if anyone knows what i should be looking for? even a little diagram or names of the parts that should be there could help.

cheers people!! alex.

was it like this to begin with or has it got gradualy worse?

try the "castle" type nut that is at the top of the frame, if this is slightly loose it does'nt hold the tapered bearings in place so causes the front end to rock or nock

hope this helps?
