pitbike will not start

hi when i kick my pit bike it feels like there is very little compresson you keep kicking it and it real ease to kick but after about 30 min it starts and run but when you turn it and try to start it. it does again anyone have an ideai

ok wht kind of bike do you have pitbike or motocross bike


also if there is no compression yo may want to think of changing the rings and possibly a piston kit

if your bike has low compression the first thing to check is the head gasket then the piston rings if its a 4 stroke could be valves but as it runs i would think head gasket or rings

I had that trouble with my 110cc and it was a bent valve...

i was having a look and when i kick it some times the fly wheel does not
seem to turn just move about 10mm and is it hard to change a valve and where wud i get one

this might sound daft but u might aswell check

is the kickstart on properly and tight enough

long shot but is it manual clutch ???? if so then is the adjustment in engne case done up to much.
if ur not sure remove a 3-4inch round cover right side of bottom end that is fitted with two screws,once removed you will see 10mm bolt slacken off and wind centre screw out till you feel no presure on screw then lock the nut back up.

does it have any oil in it
