Jetting Maybe??

I am having problems with my bike either overheating and cutting out, or after adjusting the air screw bogging down on low revs as it seems it is not getting enough air.... I just cant get to seem to get the air screw set just right its either one exterem or the other!! just wondered weather it could be a jetting problem. my engine is a standard z155 with a Molkt carb. any ideas!

if its overheating sounds like its running lean.
