Ad, you know the screw that i had rounded off, the one that holds the backing plate of the rotor? (if that makes any sense) well as you probably read above i had to drill it out, so i have gone out and bought replacement screws, but they need cutting down a bit.

You can do it, or i will take them to work and do them properly for you. and then just post them to you.

Glad you got it sorted, those stator screws can be a bitch, I always get the impact driver on them.

Post a vid of it running, I want to see what this motor pulls like
