Demon DXr2 140 carb carb tuning

Hey so I just bought a used dxr2 140cc and the spark plug is black and dirty so this means my air fuel mixture is out and my carb settings are incorrect apparently and I don’t know what screws to adjust there is the idle speed screw at the right side of the carb and s golden screw on the bottom.
Does anyone know how to get the screws to the right setting I have no clue any help will be greatly appreciated

The gold screw is mixture and the screw from the side is idle. As a base setting the mixture screw should be about 2 turns out.

If the plug is white=too lean if its black and has lot of carbon on it=Rich
the perfect is like brownish/blackish look.
You can also adjust the needle if needed.
