xsport 125 mikuni carb mixture?

hi i have an xsport 125 that has a mikuni carb... its just the standard size.. nothing special! but for the life of me i cant see how to do the mixture...? there is an idle... but i cant find the mixture screw... any ideas...? cheers

haha i use to get this all the time mate, but u got to take the carb apart, and it will be ontop of the float bowl if this helps (Y)

if its a mikuni 22mm as on most xsports the mixture scre (as carb is mounted on bike) is under neath at the front of the carb so best take it off then adjust it

theres a thread on here mate somewhere, but take ur carb apart, and you will have the bowl in one hand, and the main part of carb in the other where you will see all the jets etc (there like gold things lol) and you will see a screw somewhere

noooooooooooooooooo you dont need to take it apart


you can adjust the mixture with out taking the carb apart

turn the carb upside down and you will see a recess with a flat head screw inside a circle at the front manifold side of the carb
