Help me make my pit bike faster.

So i want to make my bike faster, i've been looking at a bigger carb but don't know which size to buy. I've also been looking at an oil cooler but i don't know how to fit it.

Could you guys basically tell me what i should buy first when upgrading my bike. Like iv'e heard you need to buy a lightened flywheel and crank before you buy an inner rotor kit or something?

Also what does each upgrade do for your bike? Like an oil cooler keeps you bike cool and a race cdi makes you bike rev higher.

Re: Help me make my pit bike faster.

what cc is you engine

a good start is just to buy a good carb, for a 110 or 125cc id reccomend a mikuni vm 22 mm carb, these are true 22mm otherwise known as 26mm, dr pepper is selling two at the moment for a very good price, it hsould also be jetted correctly

sports exhaust like a doma, or a dep, will stop back pressure on the engine

then i would say porting and polishing your head, this reduces friction in the engine and allows a smoother run

then start upgrading your engine if you not happy

all of that should cost under 100 if you do it yourself

Put the money you would of spent on upgrades, to the money you sell your engine for and get a bigger lump.
