Has anyone on here used them and if so what did they think to the service?

I've used them a few times now and found them to be quite slow compared to others such as OOracing who are great, I don't mind the delay getting stuff as I'm sure they're quite busy, but I had an issue with something they sent me so I emailed them 11 days ago and have heard nothing.

I know I could ring them, but if they offer email contact details I'm going to use them as I'm at work most of the time.

So it's not just me then lol, it's a shame really as they offer alot of stuff that OOracing don't.

You'd think with things the way they are that any business would be going to extra mile to keep customers happy, let alone just doing basic stuff like replying to emails etc.

Anyone else had experience with MBUK?? Good or bad, post it up here.

Bought an engine off them last week. Delivered next day. Bought some Takegawa parts earlier this week. Delivered next day. Only have good things to say about them!
