The admins etc have to protect the web site. If they are seen to be allowing any illegal practices to be discussed on the site they can be held accountable. If you don't think websites etc are monitored then you are a fool. plenty of sites have been shut down for similar reasons.

You need to get a private pilots license first, which costs about £5k in the usa.

I live in the UK

A commercial pilots license is £60k, so your gonna need to get a company to sponsor you first.
