Idling high not carb screw or the mixture screw

Preety mutch the above, my 08 stomp 140 has abit of a sticky throttle it idles exccesivly high and once it's in gear its like riding at half throttle without pulling on it. I've tried cleaning the throttle and there's no play on any of the cabling, not to mention carb and mix screw's are fine.

If anyone has had the same prob please shed some light

Make it have a little bit of play on the throttle... Because It has none, it might be quite tight and the throttle might be opening a little without you knowing.

If you cant reduce the revs with the throttle and air screws your jetting may be way out or something might be broke in your carb?? You should have about 10mm of freeplay on that throttle.

yeah there's quite abit of free play on the throttle, so taking on youre knowledge of carb's is it worth taking it apart and sorting the jetting out or checking for dirt wich may mess with the carb mechanic's
