is it possible to fit 140cc lifan cylinder head to 150cc lifan ?

Pretty sure its possible but probably wont breath as well as a lifan 150 head.
Check make sure the cam sprockets have the same number of teeth

Well, i thougth that i'll but 150cc cam in 140cc head, 140cc and 150cc valves should be same diameter .

The valves are the same diameter , think the ports are different.
The lifan 140 has a different size bearing on one end

It'll fit, better cam in the 150, fit that if you can.
