Derbyshire Tracks
Hello all,
Does anyone know of tracks around Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire area which race Pit bikes?
Cheers,
Dan.

gotta go to yorkshire/ lincolnshire to ride unfortunately mate. best track by far is is kieradan park in scunny. then the doncaster moto park which has deteriorated so badly this year, the uncle eddies(not been but my mates have) which seems good. or theres the ranch near rugby mate.

Re: Derbyshire Tracks
Cheers Jono. I'll google a few of these places, see if there are any events on over the Christmas period.

Re: Derbyshire Tracks
i think everybody is in full rebuild mode till about late feb. ive ended up buying a kx125 to play on through winter. i tried to ride through winter last year and just messed my engine up. i think only kieradan will be rideable during winter and even then it probably wont be fun.

Re: Derbyshire Tracks
That's a shame, I'll have to wait for the warmer weather. I have a kx125 too. I'm going to see about entering some enduros over Christmas. I've been working away over most of this year so I need to get my eye in again!

Re: Derbyshire Tracks
ah good stuff, its bloody hard going this winter with all the rain, i went to stalker mx a few weeks ago and it was the deepest I've ever ridden(on the kx). i wouldn't mind doing an enduro, I've never done one

Re: Derbyshire Tracks
They are brilliant fun. But also bloody hard work. Especially on an MX bike! It's definitely worth giving one a go though. Some I've ridden, just finishing the thing I've seen as a victory.

Re: Derbyshire Tracks
Well I was going to suggest that we could meet at an event but I've just been having a look and I'm struggling to find any events on the days I'm free that isn't miles away. If I find something I'll give you a shout. Failing that there are plenty of events in the new year.
