The caravan is a 2 bedroom, gas fire heated, static caravan holiday home situated in a great position with sea view on the family friendly Crantock Beach Holiday Park.

From the comfortable open plan lounge and dining area you can see across the sand dunes over Crantock Beach.

The lounge area offers a Gas Fire and TV with Freeview and DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with full size Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Gas Cooker, Kettle & Toaster.

The master bedroom has wardrobes with mirrors, plenty of hanging space and shelving.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobes.

There is also the usual fold out bed in the lounge to accomodate 2 more people to make it the 6 berth

The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, wash hand basin with vanity unit and a bathroom cabinet.

Gas and electricity IS MAINS SUPPLIED

There is ample HARD STANDING parking for a vehicle / VEHICLES beside the caravan



The season runs from April to October Please be aware there is a onsite warden who checks around the site on a regular basis. ( AS A OWNER YOU CAN STAY FOR LONGER UNTIL MID NOVEMBER . AND USE ANY PARKDEAN SITE IN THE COUNTRY FOR ITS FACILITES FREE OF CHARGE POOLS CLUBS , PUBS CABERET NIGHTS OWNERS TRIPS AND EVENTS )


The caravan is situated on Crantock Beach Holiday Park, which overlooks Crantock beach and the River Gannel

On the site which is VisitEngland**** approved there is a restaurant and take away, games room and mini market with off license, laundrette with ironing facilities, nature trail, Family picnic and BBQ area

If you need to do a ‘big shop’ there is Morrison’s store and petrol station, Lidl’s , ASDA and ALDI’s, all within a short drive of the site

Crantock is a traditional village that dates back to 460 AD and the village and the beach are only 10 minutes from the park on foot. The village has two pubs, corner shop / post office & tea room

The beach has rock pools, sand dunes and hidden caves once used by Smugglers!

The beach is fantastic for families as when the tide goes out the River Gannel provides safer environment for paddling and swimming (and also a bit warmer than the sea)

Newquay is approx. 5 miles away by car, or the shortcut if you’re feeling ‘adventurous’ is to have a short row boat ferry ride across the River Gannel Estuary……at low tide….. no ferry needed just walk across
