Cheeky Chaly Rebuild

Well, it's been a year. Chaly has been stuck in the back of my garage over that period and un-used. Down to quite a few things, one being the new house, and another being work commitments.

But I'm fed up of looking at it, with crap piled up on the seat, looking sorry for it's self.
So I pulled it out into the garden, and did this:

I'm just finishing off a sandwich, then I am going to drive down to the powder coating firm, and decide a colour on my journey.

Well it seems PBC is now dead and buried.
If anyone wants to follow the build I will blog it all on BCF.

Re: Cheeky Chaly Rebuild

facebook is killing a lot of forums, especially ones with high churn like this one.

If only people knew how much info they put at risk being on facebook. I deleted my account nearly 5 years ago now never regretted it. Must admit im not really bothered about what my friends ex girlfriends cousins uncle's brother had for lunch! or what someone is walking to the shop for! Really wish there was a way to integrate without having an actual facefuck account!

i agree that forums should have a place and the archives are invaluable but the quickness of Facebook wins out. i can ask question and get an answer in minutes or i can ask who's riding on a saturday night and be out riding with them on sunday. I do try to stick with forums but if nothing interesting is posted then i don't really answer. theres only so many time you can help people with the same problem

Aye I did have a browse through it few days ago and it seems like a pretty active place compared to other forums am on

Fair point on not being copied I doubt anyone will copy that colour scheme anytime soon haha

You've got a caren too? Where do you pull these odd bikes from? Never seen one in person but in pictures they look similiar to Yamaha Passolas, Had one of them over last winter was a laugh to drive about on
