Exclamation Problem - DYX140 wont start

Rite heres my dilema..i got a dyx140 last thursday built it as usual on thursday, then I was out on it all day friday and about 10 yards from the house it just cut out, it felt like the throttle wasn't responsing properly i.e. no petrol getting to it but tank was half full.

All this Ive had every mechanic in the town looking at it.

We've checked that theres a spark and there is.
Checked that petrols getting to the carb and there is.
Checked the air filter for any oil etc and its clean.
The oil level is just half way between the lower and upper level.

Although the last friday i fear i put to much oil in it as on saturday i left it running for 30 mins and loads of oil poured out the over flow pipe. But the engine was drained and oil refilled so it should not be the source of the problem.

It wont even turn over. What would the problem be?????

Please all help would be greatly appreciated

Re: Problem - DYX140 wont start

i got a new dyx 140 and run it in for 2 hours, changed the oil then noticed an oil leak coming from the bottom of the engine casing on the left hand side,i took the casing off and it looks like the oil is coming out from behind the flywheel,i then tried to start it up to make sure the oil was coming from there and couldnt get the bike started and still cant,i've got no spark coming from the spark plug and have tried a new plug with no joy.
so now i have a brand new bike less than a month old which cost me £500 with an oil leak and wont start:bang head:
any advice would be very helpful
