Stomp KZ - poor build design

While stripping down my KZ yesterday, the swing arm spindle was extremely stubborn.
Once I finally got it out, one of the bearings collapsed.
Wasn't such a problem, I was happy to just replace the thing.

But I cant for the life of me, remove the outer race of the bearing.
It's seized solid into the swing arm.

Any ideas on getting this thing out?
I'm pretty handy with tooling etc, but I've tried everything I can think of.
I cant get anything on the back of the outer race of the bearing, because of the STUPID design, the swing arm steps up too far, so you cant get anything like a punch/chissel on the outer race.

Do you have a bearing puller?

Swingarm in a decent vice, puller in, slide hammer - POP.

Can you heat up the swingarm? Cool race with a keyboard cleaner air duster can turned upside down? (its REALLY cold)

Apart from that I dunno without looking at my old steel swingarm.

Should have got the nice alu swingarm like I was saying dude - its soooo much lighter than that girder.

Ive had this problem before, 'blind hole bearings' only accsesable from one side. You CAN get a tool called a blind hole puller, but they are V. expensive. The way i got mine out was just heat up the outer case a lot, and then using a flat bladed screwdriver to pull it out, with the flat blade pushing either the small lip inside the race or the actual outside rear edge of the race. Bloody pain though.

Could you weld something to the outer bearing race and hit that instead of hitting the race?

Weld the race makes them shrink if not shatter it try not to mess the bore up tho. Otherwise maybe get some1 to machine it out
