National mini-bike road racing championship

NATIONAL MINI-BIKE ROAD RACING CHAMPIONSHIP

Due to demand we have decided to launch the above championship this summer.

Just waiting for confirmed dates from the final track and we will post the full calender and regulations.

Will be run on a similar basis as our hugely popular current Winter Series but with full electronic timing system.

8/9 rounds held on 4/5 tracks between March and October 2013.

We have several other Championship sponsors on board already.

Having a launch day at a track shortly with a national bike publication and some BSB guys attending to help promote the series, some of who will be riding at some Rnds when their schedules allow.

Lets bring the fun back to racing Mini Bikes but without the Politics and the Price tag

Re: National mini-bike road racing championship

this is awesome

the only reason i don't bother with the other race series is it's silly over priced.
love how simple this is and the price

Hi mate will be similar regs to our winter series

Ie stock 140 means standard engine with z40 cams allowed (£19 add on if required) no porting milling gas flowing must have standard base and head gaskets and no hi comp pistons. Open ignition open exhuast open carb upto 26mm. We have a micro camera available to inspect engines without stripping. There will always be cheats but with random inspections (especially of the quick guys) we will hopefully keep it down to a minimum.

The main emphasis is on having fun - I think anyone being roun out will be ridiculed and made to look an idiot by his /her fellow racers.

Very interested in this. If we can get some dates before Feb, I will/should be able to get them all booked off work.
