Re: Hi I'm new to this website and also pitbikes need some help with my bike?

hi mate, like others have said,it's not a demon x, it's a ex-road legal shineray/xplorer it's defo not a 2stroke so if he's been mixing the fuel it could have some issues, the petrol should be unleaded only, it is not the original engine that came with the bike, it is an old zongshen engine, type in zongshen110cc on ebay see if anyone stil sells the piston kits

really...

one look at the dodge pic of the whole bike tells me

the head is big give away, let alone the cam cover for the...cam.lol
also it horizontal
it has a crf style head
doma rep exhaust (only available crf type bend)

Daleh

it a four stroke mate 110%,
you need to drain the tank to get the cr*p out that the previous owner put in it.

you need to get a petrol can.
with the petrol tap turned off, pull the hose of your carb and remove the carb
put the bike on it's stand and put the hose in the petrol can
turn the fuel on and let it drain

while its draining you can strip the carb and clean all the oil and cr*p out

i would suggest changing the oil also as the previous owner does not have a clue what he is on about

finally the frame and forks,
looks like a thumpster/crf50 copy,
it has conventional forks and a arm swinger
have a good look over it to see if it has demonx or the logo but i think its a no namer copy

i think it most likely has a 13mm gudgeon pin, so if you can take the piston out and measure the pin, the lifan 110 piston will fit and i have all those here and gaskets etc

Re: Hi I'm new to this website and also pitbikes need some help with my bike?

i mate once the tank is cleaned, she ready to fill with unleaded, just remember to turn the tank off again.

oil wise any brand you like mate, but 10/40w for 4strokes

piston wise try our forum sponcers.
also have a look there are plenty of guide on here

only suggestion is take your head off first and measure the bore then the wrist pin
there are a few piston types i.e
52.4mm with 13mm wrist pin
54mm with 14 wrist pin
and a few others
