Nobody has an excuse not to be there!!!
There are 3 pay-days between now and then for most people, and providing the weather is looking good on the week leading up to the Monday, then I think everybody should make an effort as it's the last Bank Holiday of the year.
I will speak to Stretton later on in the week/month, and see about track time for the Sunday (28th August), and for some, we could make it a two day event.
Ride the Sunday at Stretton, leave for about 5ish, get to Whilton for 5.45/6pm, set up our tents, and have a BBQ etc.
Then we can join the 100s of other people who will be at Whilton providing it's dry.
For those who have not been to either track before, Stretton Karting is based in Leicester. Next to Leicester Air port, and is a good, up pace track.
Whilton is right by Daventry, which is junction 18 off the M1.
It's a high speed track, twice as long as Stretton, and bloody good fun!
It would be good to see as many faces as possible, even if you dont have a bike, come along with your leathers, and have a go on one of ours!
