Question Tyre recommendations please?

I have a standard set of slick CST tyres on my Slam 140. They are starting to get shook now and I was wondering what you guys would recommend? Only use the bike on a local kart track with a few friends so don't want to spend a fortune but looking for something a little better than the CST's if possible?

I would like a bit more grip as when I try get the knee down it just goes from underneath me. Few of the guys are running real soft compound tyres but they are €180 a set and only last a few hours like... Although the grip levels with them are unreal!! As I don't race it seems like a lot of money for a few hours fun!

Re: Tyre recommendations please?

scrubs used to make good money, but with there being so many racers over here now scrubs go for buttons. Deffo try and grab a set - still have tons more grip than the CST's, even half worn out!
