help!!!
hi on my thumpstar wen it is just ticking over and i rev it quikly its like it is missing it sounds like thers too much air passing through the air filter or not enough petrol running through the carb but both of these are fine so i am puzzled please can anyone help me out!!

well if you go from closed to wide open throttle of course your going to bog down.

i understand what you are saying but its not that it really is bad i think it could be my spark plug what do you think could the spark plug have anything to do with this??

clean your jets ad all that and make sure that you air filter is clean also, i didnt do my air filter and it was full o **** and afterwards it was alot better.
then maby change plug but if you open it from closed to wide open quick it does bog
they all bog when you do that i thnk

ok cheers mate i appreciate your advice i will get a new plug in the morning and if it still does it i will give the filter and carb a good clean thanks alot.

oh yes i forgot to mention that it cant be the fact im boging it down from open throttling to quik because wen my choke is down its not too bad and then wen i put it up it dies straight away making the same noise it makes when i throttle to quikly anybody got any ideas on this ???????????

your ment to run with the choke off and down is off
or if you have push plunger choke (in = off)
