hi,
i know this is a pit bike fourm, but i need help with my bike.
i recently sold the pit bike and bought a 2002 yz125. im wondering what type of oil goes into the gearbox and how much? or how would i know when its topped up?

Change the oil every 2-3 rides. should indicate on the side of the engine how much oil to put in. if not. empty the old oil out into a measuring jug. so you know how much to put back in

there is a screw next to the clutch cover, when the gear oil is full it will start to drip out of that screw (if you take the screw out first)
then just put the screw back in and done

and gear oil is around 10quid per liter
