The bounce doesn't come from a light or heavy spring. It comes from poorly adjusted compression and rebound.


Some of the lighter Supermoto lads run 550lb springs on MX style swing arms with no problems.

ok looks like ill get the 550 a try after all but can still feel myself thinking maybe got 750 lol dont worry ill control myself and get the 550

how i got my spacer sizes for my gull arm i went to b and q bought a piece of push fit pipe 12mm and made3 some spacers for both sides when i got the correct spacing i then took them into a workshop and got some one to make them up
