Gear shifter solid? and running problem

I have just rebuilt my lifan 140 and it runs although dies when I rev it with the choke on or off?

Also the gear lever is solid it wont move up or down and is stuck in gear, the clutch feels normal but doesn't seem to do anything?

Any ideas? this is my first time I have built a bike so go easy

Ive started it again and it runs fine, just got to sort the flames out

Still stuck with the gear lever not moving, Im guessing Ive done something wrong while changing the kick start gears.

Also got the gear lever unstuck, few taps from the rubber mallet

Now I need to find out why oil isn't getting to the oil cooler?
