using the clutch out of corners?

when i come out or the low rev corners on my little track, i have been pulling the clutch in and dropping it, i think its fun because it pops the front wheel up and looks good because my friend cant do it

does this actually give me any more acceleration out of the corner because it seems to pick the revs up, or is it just bad for my bike?

Re: using the clutch out of corners?

Nope,
Only reason why someone should do it is if your riding a 2 stroke and it is bogging.

yeah it makes your bike acceleate more because as the clutch is in and your still applying gas your 'loading the bike' basically like pushing a spring down then when you let off the clutch the spring is released (metaphorically speaking)

Keep it as a thing you do now and then, don't make a habit of it. As you will wear your clutch.
