lmx140 which cdi to buy?????
ive a lmx 140 great bike to ride just want to know would a hustle multispark cdi
make much difference?? ride in woods and hit the rev limit in 4th...... would changing the cdi effect the reliability of the yx140 engine ......one last thing its a 2011 model and does it have the z40 cam fitted as standard?

If your tapping out in 4th then you need to have a look at the gearing

the lmx dosent come with a z-40 cam unless you fit on.
i have a hustle multi spark cdi on mine and i do feel its helped and defo easier to start

or r11 00racing good
but as Gosmeister says change your gearing

looking at changing gearing order 17 F 35 R Sprockets today.....going to change cdi to multispark only £23 so think its worth the gamble.....also a z40 cam kit ....will let you know how i get on

does that gearing sound ok i dont want to kill all the acceration

17 37 sounds better. depends what track u ride really, but that gearing will give u good top end
hustle i wont waste your money unless u wanna blow ur engine up, (they dont have limiters)

right dont wanna blow my engine will just change sprockets how about the ooracing programmable one could then just raise the rev limiter a little bit

well i'll change sprockets first and hopefully this will give me the extra top speed i want . the only reason i want to raise it is that i max out well before the end of the straights were i ride ......and higher limit should help with this .... everything else is sweet!!!
