got a slight problem

ive started stripping down the head on my pit ready for when my race cam arrives. ive got the cam out and on the end off it was some kind of a one way bearing (pictured) in the picture you can see the 3 recesses, in each recess the is a small spring and a roller. ive lost a spring and the roller. where can i get one from or better still has anyone got one

i no, you edited just after i posted, i dunno its behind the cam,

thats the antikick back device, its not needed if its race cam, leave the mech on the valves or shim it up,
