wont come down the revs properly

hey folks just put a mikuni 22mm carb on my stomp 120 but she is not reving properly she revs up ok then she is slower coming down them ive played with the air screw plus moved the cir clip up and down the threads i really cant think of anything else
ps the carb is brand new:censor ed:

May not be the correct jets in it for your engine

sounds like an air leak to me try spraying with wd and see how it is

got it sorted lads heres a wee tip dont wash ure air filter in hot water with fairyliquid it must open poures up then as a result lets to much air in

you need to put filter oil on your air filter squeeze it so its all inside and leave to dry
