2nd broken shock in 2 weeks(dxr140)

Just come back from doncaster moto parc with 2 punctures and a broken rear shock for the 2nd time, broke in exactly the same place as last week, just at the bottom of the shaft...... ordered a fast ace last week from minimotomaics but theyve none in stock, so having to wait god knows how long nar,,,,,cant believe the shabby quality of the shock, its like its not even made to go around a pit bike track.... its only ok for green laners..../+++ plus the valves on the tubes just rip right off.. for some reason though i still like the bike

You will need a rim lock for shure, anything over about 130cc does

And have you tried a DNM shock there more expensive but there ment to be good.

yaeh gonna get some rim locks for sure. & gonna try the fastace first , if that breaks then ill try a dnm shock.... cheers

Well, Im going Z on wednesday so will let you know how my shock is on my dx110 because there the same i think ?

just ride it like i rode my old pitpro, and never had any problems with that....just watch the base of the shock, thats where they go just at the base of the shaft..... if you aint got many jumps on the track you should be ok....... let me know how you get on.... just gonna post a new vid soon aswell
