Using a Damage Dozer

Just wondering if anyone can help me out with a few problems i have, im after spraying some plastics myself in special effects with Candy Apply but i need a few questions answering before hand as a precaution:

What are the states of achieving the special effect finish?
What is the mixing ratio?
Viscosity of the colour?
How many clear coats should i apply?

Thanks to anyone who can help out with this

what base colour are you using? the end result of candy red depends on the base coat!

so in answer to the question you are using a white base coat.
