Yx140 z40 cam timing advice?

Just wondering if someone can give me advice on how to do this? Mainly the timing etc? It will be going on a brand new bike once run in?
How to video or a link to info?

Brought from pit bike spares very good price... With heavy springs

you probably need a valve compressor - not so much for taking them out, but for putting them back.

Like Dangle said they sell them in Halfords for daft tenner dont try and make one there a pain, plunger and paste are six pound.
Timing OOracing have a vid on youtube just type (OOracing timing).

i made my own with an old socket, an abgle grinder and a big G clamp
