Hot rod bottom end kit experiences?

Has anyone had any experience with hot rod bottom end kits? My 125 shat itself today...

also, I'm running 50:1 mixture, piston and rings have no scoring at all, no signs of detonation etc... what could've caused the big end to fail?

Cheers

Ideal cheers :) you can see where the bearings got hot and failed... 50:1 is what they recommend running it on, plug colours good, if anything a bit black. No signs of any dirt or shit in there. Would it be possible as the bikes been sat untouched in a shed s few years there was some rust on the bearing and this has caused it to shit out?

Nope Honda ;)

where is the blue ? could it be from pressing con rod in before?

50:1 is an EU directive, not the manufacturers recommendation :banghead:

32:1...25:1..obviously the more oil you run, the better the piston ring seal.

50:1 is less oil in the mix than 32:1 etc.

50:1 is 20ml of oil per 1l of fuel.

32:1 is 31 (and a bit)ml to 1l of fuel.
