ive just uprated my engine myself. ive fitted an NBR race cam and spring kit, vm24 carb and ported and polished the head. cost me around 80 quid all together. my bike is a lil monster now by the parts and do it youself worth every penny

Aren't VM24s like £100?

VM26's are around that price. Stomp sell the VM24 for £55.

I've a ooracing ported & polished cylinder head with reprofiled race cam, also a high domed piston & aluminium barrel.
All yours on a px against your original bits & £100 my way

ive got a second hand genuine makuni vm 28 carb cost me £4.20 off ebay..you might get lucky and find a genuine vm carb on ebay for peanuts..just be wary of the fake vm carbs though.also bought a second hand yx 140 ooracing head ported and polished with nbr race cam and race springs for £90 posted off ebay..just keep a look out as these things are rare to come across.
