Very easy, honestly...chain-side engine casing off, 2 bolts hold front sprocket on...rear sprocket has 4...piece of pi$$

Edit...you might have to shorten you chain by a link, depends how much adjustment you have to play with

Get some lights or you'll be pulled every 5 minutes, also if riding with big wheels on the road, be careful as most 14 17 wheels have tyres fitted with off road use only tyres, 3pts per tyre if caught. Use supermotos or shop around for some road legal tyres to replace the standards.

Ask WPB if they notified HMRC of the Vin Number upon importation. They have 14 days of importing the bike into the UK to do this. This is the NOVA (Notification Of Vehicle Arrival). DVLA require NOVA and cert of newness. Just the one will be rejected. Good Luck.

Re: Making a WPB 140 Race road legal, suggestions?

If u get a 140cc u need a full bike license, y would u do that may as well get a 125cc then do a cbt for 90 and as for getting a wpb on the road it's a pain in the arse and u only save about 100 not worth the mider just get a Kurz rt1 125 from db racing its 1270 Otr and there not bad if you wanna go off road that is otherwise just get a sinus apache for the same money if it's mainly road riding coz they are much better , u get a speedo and a much better engine that's quicker but if you got 2000 get a rieju mrt pro they've got the same engine as Yamaha yzfr and by unplugging a wire you de restrict them to 21bhp that's the quickest 125 out there .
