Bike: Honda C50
Honda C90, C50 parts, tuning.

Hi, guys!

Here is writing Krisjanis Grava, a guy from Latvia. Who is owning Honda C50 Year: 2002

Can you say can I put the Honda C90 piston, cylinder
and cylinder head on Honda C50 engine? Because I have seen many of engine drafts
for Honda C70, Honda C90, Honda C50, and these drafts (drawings) are very similar
or the same. Only diference is the cylinder capacity. I just wondered maybe I can increase the Honda C50 power with Honda C90 cylinder, piston and cylinder head?
How about the crankshaft length for Honda C90? Is it the same how it is for Honda C50?

Can anyone tell about Honda Cub what have done with Honda Cub? I just really want to increse the power for my Honda C50!!!
Maybe you have other solutions for me how to increase the Honda C50 power?

Waiting for answers!

Thanks a lot!

Alrite mate

you can fit a c70 barrel and piston, but not a 90 without changing the crank. or I have a 110cc stroker kit that will fit a c50 engine and make it awesomely powerful comes with crank, barrel, piston and head

Just throwing a question in the mix: do pit bike engines swap directly in place of the cub engines like they do in Honda ATC 70s?

So you avice me to put the 110 cc stroker kit on my Honda C50.

Thats okey. I will think about that and I'll let you know.

Can you say is the C70 and C50 crankshaft lenght the same?

But how do you think how much power I earn if I put the C70 cylinder, piston and cylinder head on my C50?

And how much power I earn with your stroker kit?

And which of these varies is more long-term?

Because I'm also thinking about the engine strength.

How you think if I put the C70 cylinder, head, piston on C50 and also put very good exhaust, is it the same how it is if I put your stroker kit?

Do you seel your stroker kit? How much. What about the stroker kit condition (new, old...)?

Thanks a lot waiting for answer!!

Maybe someone can say me where I can buy very powerful and good engine (not from China and no Lifan engines) which would fit on my Honda C50? And the price also would be acceptable.

Or other ideas how to make my Honda C50 more powerfull, because right now it is going only 60 km/h

Thanks a lot!

Yer will sell my stroker kit mate, PM for a price, but TBH not really sure on the difference on the power gain, I could hit about 65mph on my cub with the stroker kit on and about 50 with a 70 barrel and piston, the 110 also gets there faster and wheelies easier

Re: Honda C90, C50 parts, tuning.

Can you say, if I put your stroker kit and how you said cylinder, head, piston, valve shaft, crank, piston rings, .... etc

How about the engine?
Do the engine blocks lose any strenght if I put your stroker kit, or no?

Can I drive it how it was with the genuine honda parts ( carefully and absolutely safe, without thinks about the engine blow out?

Thanks a lot.

Can you from which motorcycle is this stroker kit?

the bottom end (block) will be fine, this kit was made for the cub engine soo it will work without any damage, also you could not blow a genuine HONDA engine up if you tried

ab bolt (set),
valve spring (set),
cylinder head,
piston ring (set),
valve o ring (set),
valve clips (set),
valve rocker (pair),
full set of gaskets,
