I've currently got a 1997 Vauxhall Corsa. Totally standard, I can't be bothered fitting a HUGE exhaust and putting an induction kit to squeeze an extra 2 hp out of a 1.6 engine. It's just pointless.
To the OP: For your first car buy something simple and leave it as it as. Modifying a nasty car will just cost alot of money, make things worse and make you look like a fool. Save your money and get a decent car a few years down the line. If you still want a heavily modified Satria, I'm sure you'll grow out of liking flame-spitting exhausts and neons eventually anyway.
