Re: what would happen with a 500cc cdi box
erm........ im sure the cdi controls the spark plug and tells it when to spark right? So just imagine what will happen if u put a 500cc cdi on a 250

Re: what would happen with a 500cc cdi box
Well the stator plate is connected to the CDI, Could fuck the stator, and also as said above ^^^^ Uhm the CDI i think also controls the spark so..Me myself wouldnt run a 500cc CDI on a 250,

Re: what would happen with a 500cc cdi box
probably not a lot if u ask me. it may not even start. the spark wont be a lot different from a cr 500 to a 250. its not like the piston goes through it cycles any quicker its just more powerfull.

Re: what would happen with a 500cc cdi box
shouldnt really matter what cdi is on it tbh. think about it tho, if a 110 pit cdi works on a 140 150 ect then i dont see why there should be a probhlem. i think hes not kicking it up right

Re: what would happen with a 500cc cdi box
Even if its got a higher rev limit, just dont over rev it and it will be fine.
