kx85 road legal ????

i want to make my kx85 road legal its a 2000 model,
and just wondring wether you can, iv seen 1 on ebay before,
if any1 noes how to do it or know anythink let me know

Yes you can, get a stator with leads for a light feed, fix some brake light switches to your pedal and lever (banjo bolt type would be a quick option that wouldnt require modding the lever or pedal)

Brake light, head light, horn, road tyres optional indicators

he didnt say he was selling it, he's wanting to make it road legal ?

its a good ide , not sure on how long the engine will last tho, if you look for a thread of making a WPB road legal im sure the steps would be the same

Not sure if this has already been mentioned in this thread. But the minimum Seat height for the ENDURO registration is 900mm. And the Ground clearance is 310mm.

I'm still looking into making my brothers 85 road legal for a weekend toy. Found a website that sells alot of Enduro parts; Lights, brake lights etc

Also got an insurance quote for a CR85r, £348. So i guess most 85's are going to be around that mark depending on the year of the bike, and where abouts you live etc.
